WIP's, FO's and Frog's...

The dress above was from a pattern designed by Debbie Bliss, called Flower Frock. I have the body finished and sewn together, but am still in the process of making the flowers that surrounds the waist. This is for my Sis's Gwen impending arrival of little Maddie.

The crib blanket above was made from the pattern Building Blocks by Debbie Macomber in the Shop on Blossom street book. The hippo was from Itsy Bitsy Toys by Susan B Anderson. my first attempt at knitting a toy and I think he turned out rather cute!

The next baby items I make will be going into a hope chest for my future grand children. If I learned anything from making the above was I enjoy my knitting better when I don't have a deadline!

Now this one is for my own pleasure. I loved the yarn the pattern too! It is newly on the needles so I don't have a picture of it as yet but can show you the yarn and the pattern...

I am using the Bodega Bay (third on the bottom), to make this...
The yarn is a dream to work with, it is so soft it just glides through my fingers and over the needles! Awwww so much yarn and so little time...

Have a great day!

  1. The little dress is so sweet and I love the color of the crib blanket. I think the scarf will look great in the colors you've chosen. That pattern may be just what I've been looking for.
