Dogs on Thursday Post

This weeks' dog on Thursday is some random shots. Some not so good but you still get the idea...

This one is "ironic". Lord and Master of his home, sits on the floor so as not to disturb Princess Honey Dew. Then to add insult, she used his shoulder, as a pillow! 1, 2, 3, lets say it altogether, ahhhhhhhhhh!

Sampson is such a relaxed dog that he can sleep anywhere no matter what is going on. The positions he comes up with do not look like they would promote a very comfortable nap!

My granddog came to visit! He was here for a week. We miss him already, especially Sampson who thought he was his very own playmate! They had a blast! More pics about the visit in an upcoming post.

This pup was a real trooper at an herb festival held at Cooks' Forest that some friends and I went to. Here she was sitting very patiently while her mom was looking over the handcrafted jewelry. I thought she was cute and kind of posing for a picture so I obliged. (More about the herb festival later!)

The last thing that I wanted to remind everyone of was that "Slobberfest 2009" is coming up on July 11th. We had such a great time last year and are planning on going again this year. Just click here for more information. We hope to see you there!

  1. All very cute, but the Knight will be glad to see that other Alpha Humans sometimes elect to let the sleeping hound stay put.

  2. That's a great picture of Sampson sleeping on his back. I just posted one of Clementine doing the same thing earlier this week. Ah, dogs! They are so entertaining.

  7. Yes, I can see who runs the house. We have been know to sit on the less comfortable chairs while the dogs relax in comfort on the couches.
